Registry cohort
Snapshot 2150-12-16. Covers the 1,200 people in the version 19 registry cohort who completed assessment.
How to read your alignment report
Every alignment report states the reference version, the assessment groups and the date of assessment. “Qualifying” means you meet the version 19 reference standard on the listed groups. “Further assessment” means data for some groups are incomplete; your doctor will agree a date with you for additional tests.
An alignment result is one input to treatment decisions. Whether to intervene, and how, is decided by your care team together with you and recorded in your medical record.
